![]() ![]() ![]() Unlike in previous years, the atmosphere hasn’t turned toxic in the German capital, despite the poor run. But Hertha had earned their luck in front of 63,000 supporters. Goals from ex-Stuttgart captain Marc-Oliver Kempf and Florian Niederlechner edged a nervy encounter that the visitors could easily have drawn on another day. The game certainly wasn’t one for purists, but the home side showed commitment and unity. ![]() But, lo and behold, it’s only three games and three wins now as Hertha beat the Swabians 2-1 on Saturday to show there’s a bit of life in the ‘Old Dame’ yet.
